Hello Meshay, Hydrocodone 10/325 is stronger than the 5/325.I was taking generic Norco 5-325 (brand name no longer avail) but doctor only would prescribe #30 for a month and I was having to take 2 on certain days for pain relief when I needed some quality of life (errands, walking for exercise, cleaning, etc).
